Welcome to ROCare24, your trusted RO service provider in Delhi NCR, founded by Saurabh Shukla and based at A-3/33, New Kondli, East Delhi 110096. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including RO repair, installation, un-installation, and maintenance. By accessing our site or booking a service, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By using ROCare24’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with the latest version posted here. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Service Description

  • Services Offered: RO Repair (₹450 + spare parts cost), Installation (₹300/400/500 based on distance + spare parts cost), Un-installation (₹450), and Service (₹450).
  • Service Area: Delhi NCR within 50 km, including Dwarka, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and areas like Greater Noida (₹100 travel fee may apply beyond 50 km).
  • Speed: Fast service based on distance—contact us for an estimate.

Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Made via phone (+91 99717 10688), email (myrocare24@gmail.com, info@rocare24.com), or our website. Confirmations are sent via SMS/email.
  • Payment: Due at service completion via cash, UPI, or online methods. Spare parts costs are additional and payable during the visit.
  • Cancellation: Cancel 2 hours before dispatch for a full refund (minus ₹50 fee) per our Refund Policy.

Customer Obligations

  • Access: Provide safe access to the RO unit and water/electrical connections.
  • Parts: Customers may need to purchase spare parts if not pre-arranged; costs are extra.
  • Availability: Be present during the scheduled time slot or incur a ₹100 no-show fee.

Limitations of Liability

  • ROCare24 is not liable for damages due to pre-existing conditions, misuse, or natural wear of your RO unit.
  • Warranty is limited to 30 days on workmanship; parts carry no warranty unless specified by the supplier.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or customer unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All content on https://rocare24.com/ (e.g., logos, text) is owned by ROCare24. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations.
