Welcome to ROCare24, your trusted RO service provider in Delhi NCR, founded by Saurabh Shukla and based at A-3/33, New Kondli, East Delhi 110096. This Refund Policy outlines our process for handling refunds for services such as RO repair, installation, un-installation, and maintenance. We aim to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction with every transaction. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Performed: If we fail to provide the booked service (e.g., RO Repair at ₹450, Installation at ₹300/400/500) due to our error, and no alternative resolution is agreed upon.
  • Defective Workmanship: If a repair or installation fails within 30 days due to our technician’s fault, and it cannot be rectified.
  • Cancellation by Customer: Refunds are available if you cancel before the technician is dispatched, subject to a processing fee (see below).

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via phone at +91 99717 10688 or email at myrocare24@gmail.com/info@rocare24.com within 7 days of the service date.
  2. Provide Details: Include your booking ID, service type, date, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Review: Our team will assess your case within 3-5 working days.
  4. Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: Applicable only if no service was initiated (e.g., cancellation before dispatch).
  • Partial Refund: Up to 50% if service was started but not completed due to customer request or unforeseen issues, minus a ₹50 processing fee.
  • No Refund: After service completion or if parts/supplies (e.g., spare parts for ₹450 repair) are used and cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Cancel by calling +91 99717 10688 at least 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund, minus a ₹50 processing fee.
  • After Dispatch: No refund if the technician has started travel, but you may reschedule at no extra cost.
  • No-Shows: If you are unavailable during the scheduled visit, a ₹100 fee will apply, with no refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Spare Parts: Costs for parts (e.g., filters, membranes) purchased during service are non-refundable once installed.
  • Travel Fees: The ₹100 travel fee (for distances over 50 km) is non-refundable if service is canceled after dispatch.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The issue arises due to customer misuse or neglect (e.g., improper maintenance post-service).
  • Services are availed under promotional offers with no-refund clauses (check terms at booking).
